Mr. H. L. Vipula S. E. Silva is an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka with over two decades of extensive experience in corporate law, company secretarial practice, and notarial services. He is a qualified and registered Company Secretary and has served in senior legal and governance roles across both public and private sectors, including as Inspector of Companies at the Department of Registrar of Companies and as General Manager/Director at Ceylinco Lexcon Services (Pvt) Ltd. Mr. Silva has held board secretary positions in several key state-owned enterprises and statutory bodies and currently serves as a Board Member of the Sri Lanka Atomic Energy Regulatory Council. His expertise spans corporate governance, regulatory compliance, commercial agreements, and advisory services to major national and international organizations.
